Had to return soda because way to flat. Fries were so greasy almost couldn't even eat. I used to love steak and shake. What happened?

Service was horribly slow. Everyone seemed confused. Ordered chili saw it sit at the window for 10 minutes then got it with my food. The chili tasted different. It was soupy no meat at all and beans. Burgers were fine but the bun was stale.

The speed of service was garbage waited 20-25 minutes for two double burgers and fries.
