Waited for my order to be taken way to long

Food was good but way too slow on the shakes. Done eating and way ready to leave before they even got to the table

It took about 15 minutes for my order to get through. After I got it they charged me for the meal when I made it clear I wanted just the burger. Other than that the customer service was "meh" at best.

Took entirely too long to go thru the drive thru. This particular location has always caused me grief.

Either need more staff or more attentive staff. We had no silverware or napkins. Our neighboring table actually brought us napkins. The wait was forever for our good and our check, which the waitress thought she had already brought and looked at us like we were stupid because we didn't have it yet. Our fries were cold and an odd red substance was swirled around in my ranch.

Service was poor, food was just ok. I have had better service and food at this location.

Always so slow & small portions of food only went to be with friends

Order took for ever! When we got our shakes they were runny and very unpleasant... Very disappointed
