Terrible service

I chose to dine in because it was the weekend and children ate free. We were seated and looking at the menu. About 5 or so minutes later another family was seated behind us and the waitress proceeded to to take their order. She then walked away after looking in our direction. No one ever asked if we were helped or ready to take our order. From where we were seated we could see a waitress texting on her phone. I was so upset that we decided to leave. Upon leaving we spoke to the manager who offered a discount, but because the guy on the grill got smart with us, we cancelled our order and walked out the restaurant. I will never give another Steak n Shake my business ever again. Seeing that this was not the first time it has happened at this one or the other one I use to go to.

Food was burned, and disgusting, the employees were rude and the girl in the drive through snapped at me while I was checking my order, will not come back to this location any time soon

The service was very slow. The server was not polite and she was more worried about getting out then taking care of us. We never even got our bill. We had to go up and ask for it. Also, the food was cold by the time we finally got it. Horrible experience.
