Steak 'n Shake

A slight mix up with ordering but otherwise fast and good.

I was the only car at the drive thru and it took a very long time for them to make my 1 milkshake that was really only filled 3/4 of the way full- even for happy hour you should get what you pay for/order

Women who took my order was not very friendly.

my onions were burned to a crisp. not going back.

The staff is not trained very well. It takes at least 10 minutes before they even come to take your drink order and then another 10 minutes to actually get the drink, even if it is water. Our original waiter took our order and then never came back to check on is. I ordered a milkshake and didn't get it until I was about to leave the restaurant. I ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted. My mother ordered a burger and it was even a burger. It was just some burnt scraps of what used to be a burger. There was no meat to it. The food did not taste very great and my family and I are assuming that the fries were cooked in dirty oil. We timed the service of the food and from the time we sat down, it took 22 minutes to get out food. At the restaurant I work at, it takes a maximum of 5 minutes to serve the food. My family and I also notified that I cook was very slow. The staff and cooks need to be trained better.

Horrible horrible service waitress messed up order then tried to just wipe the ketchup off my burger and bring it back to me I had them remake it and she used the same toppings that had ketchup on them. Had to personally go get the manager and then the waitress came and started to argue with me about it never going here again.
