They took forever my food was nasty and it wasn't warmmmmm! And it was a lot for so little.

Food was so cold They did redo it and they didn't charge. Took forever but first bad experience in a steak and shake though. I will still go back

We used the drive thru to order our food but we were waiting a good 20 minutes due to the person in front of us. By the time we got our food it must have been ready for a while because it everything was cold and soggy. Not a good experience at all.

Went to steak and shake and waited to be seated.... The workers were just staring at us like they didn't know what to do.... All the tables were full of dirty dishes. We didn't stay.

It was horrible service and it took forever in the line. Never again for a long time. Fries were soggy and cold. The burger was nasty
