More intelligent animals such as gorillas and chimps need better habitats, because they seemed very depressed. Habitats also need more water features, or waterfalls to create moisture in the air for the hot animals.

Some very nice, updated & spacious exhibits & a few more dated/smaller exhibits. Also, VERY large - would be a challenge for walking with elderly relatives.

It was a great experience

Food was not that good. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries and the burger was over cooked and the cheese cold was not melted in the burger. Complained and got chicken nuggets and fries instead. They were fine. Did get some resistance from the young lady at the counter that told me the burger was hot but I could pick it up with my fingers and it was cold and rock hard she did agree that the cheese was not melted. I was a little frustrated with the lack of professionalism to handle the situation. Will just pack my lunch next time. The monorail was out of service due to a crack in the column was a little disappointed that we couldn't ride that ride. Hopefully will be fixed by my next visit to Miami.
