Steak 'n Shake

Our waiter was very rude. Took very to get our check. If we ever go back he will not be waiting us

worst one ever

Extremely long wait for drive thru service and was in a hurry. All I ordered was a vanilla coke. I asked if i could just come in. They said ok. Went in to get it, girl from drive thru came up, a little confusion at that time, they figured it out and I paid for it. Got in my car and drove away and they didn't put in vanilla that I paid for. I gave them three dollars and told them to keep it because the drive thru girl then had to go back and cash out of her register for 26 cents. I was not happy with this service

The staff took a long time to seat us when barely anyone was in restaurant. He was busy chatting with his co worker. He seemed friendly enough once he started waiting on us, but he kept getting our order wrong and then had an attitude when he wasn't listening to my seven-year-old about needing mustard. He muttered as he walked away you should've told me this the first time. However, my child did continuously ask and he did not acknowledge him. Our order was wrong and he did not come back to our table until we were beyond aggravated and it was time to leave. We were going to treat our kids to milkshakes, he agreed to come halfway through our meal to place your order. But he never did.

Need more staff

This was probably one of the worst dine in service I've had. The milkshakes we order where bland. They told my husband that they didn't have the birthday cake shake and then he ended up finding a birthday cake piece in his strawberry shake. The staff was unfriendly and the service was very slow. I will not be returning to this Steak 'n Shake.

ok. slow service

When we arrived the workers looked at us and were deciding amongst themselves who was going to serve us. We were finally given a table and our waiter took our orders. The food took really long to arrive and he forgot to put in a really same child's order so we had a fussy baby wanting food but had to wait even longer to get. Then at the end milkshakes were ordered and they also took forever to make those as well. Overall the service was not that great.

they messed up my order

I went to Steak and Shake for a shake only. My friend and I waited nearly 20 minutes before we went up to the counter to ask to order 2 shakes. We waited 10 more minutes- but never got our shakes. There was a large family in having issues with the taste of their shakes, so the 1 waiter was preoccupied with them. When we walked out, the manager simply said, "sorry." I will not go to that restaurant for a long time.
