Steak 'n Shake

Short staffed, one waitress so waitress was very busy and didn't have time to wait on people. Our food came out cold and the staff even manager wasn't very friendly. The cook who redid our food was nice though.

Forgot part of order and rang up part of the order wrong!

Service was lacking.

Sandwich was so greesy leeked thru paper

Waitress was RUDE! Food was cold. When asked to heat up our soup she rolled her eyes and got mad. Would leave the table for a very long period of time and not return to ask if we needed anything.

order rang up wrong had coupons. very slow service. toy machine took our money and the manager said it's working now :(
