Love the new Philly burger!

12 of us went to enjoy the night, my sandwich and fries were fantastic, although they weren't "hot". Shakes came AFTER food was brought, my shake was pretty gross but I didn't tell the waitress until she asked me if I wanted a to-go cup for it and I declined. She was concerned, but I forced half of it down because it took so long to get it, I didn't want to wait 20/30/45 minutes more just for one shake. I had the salted caramel pretzel shake with peanut butter pieces in it. She assured me the peanut butter pieces were going to be Reese cups and they were clearly not. I was disappointed and the salted caramel shake tasted horrible! Other than that... Had a great time with family!

This location was good. My server was very polite and friendly, but a bit scatter-brained. He forgot my drink order, forgot to ask to leave a couple of items off my sandwich, and even forgot to add my drink to the total of the bill (not complaining on that one).

The guy at the drive thru was doing a great job. He took our order, have us out milkshake and water. Then we say there for a whole. Cars lined up behind is. Then a girl came to the window asking what we were waitin for. Really! I paid over $25 for my order. I was waiting for my food. All of it. I don't know what happened to the guy who way originally helping is. Clearly he let the rest of the drive thru staff hanging clueless.

Food wasn't that great. Chicken tenders were a bit fatty and the chili was warm. Service was excellent, however.
