Very slow drive thru

I love Stake n Shake on the drive thru clearly couldn't hear us, she repeated the order several times and got the burgers right but gave us Sweet tea instead of unsweetened and no BBQ sauce when we asked for it.

Was in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Extremely long wait. And then the order was wrong. Very disappointed.

The service is pretty terrible and it is that way every time I go. It takes a while to get our food and to even get a waiter.

Really weird day for them. Everything I ordered came out wrong and it all tasted off!

This particular location was dirty, service was slow, and when I left I found a very long hair in my shake. We were on the road and it was at the bottom and I was too far to turn around. The restrooms were very dirty as well. The staff was nice, the few times someone did come to the table, but it just seemed like they needed help.
