Food very cold

Smores milkshake was not good and one that we ordered wAs more like a cup of milk

It was too busy so I left. They need more employees during busy times

Wow that was a lousy experience I shouldn't think it would be hard to mess up cheese fries and a coffee and yet... The fries were cold the creamer for the coffee was spoiled and clumped up the waitress Heidi was rude over all very disappointed. Won't be back.

I love this place but my food was cold and my shake was not

There was lip stains on my water glass. No condiment on my sandwich. Unbelievable. Very unsatisfied with this visit. Normally the food and service is much better!!!

It took way too long to get a burger and a shake in the drive thru. I went after dinner time so I thought it wouldn't be too busy. By the time I actually got my food it was cold and my milkshake was melted. Very disappointing.

They got my food wrong and took forever.

Drive thru took forever so we went inside and it took 15 minutes to get two milkshakes

My whole wait period was over 15 mins. Which wouldn't have bothered me but my food was barely warm.
