Steak 'n Shake

We went to Steak 'n Shake and we waited for about 10min to be seated and we never were so we seated ourselves. Then we waited another 10 min for a waitress and we never got one. We then took it upon ourselves to call the manager from our table in order to get some service. We finally got the manager to wait on us. Once that happened though we were able to have a pretty good meal despite having a bad time earlier. The worst part was that they didn't even give us a discount after waiting 20min to get noticed and then having to call them to get a waitress. Also they seated everyone around us and competely ignored us.

It was so slow. It took me 30 minutes after I got done eating to get my milkshake

Waitress was very pushy, I sat down for and she came and asked to take out order but I wasent ready. She came back 2 minutes later and asked again I said no can I get a water? She came back with the water a minute later and asked if I would like to order now and I didn't want to say no so I ordered something I wasent quite sure on. Terrible service in all.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through line with no service. Went inside and ordered and about 10 minutes later, the manager had come up to me and said that nobody had been working on my order & waited an addition ten minutes to receive order.
