My boyfriend and I went for lunch. It was not busy at all. Our server was slow to take our drink order and slow to return to take our food order. She was very pleasant. The manager brought our food. The burgers were great but the amount if fries served was less than half the basket they used to serve. We asked for more. When we received the check, we asked for our iced teas to go and when she returned with the receipt she forgot the teas. We had to get her attention as she had already walked away and we had forgotten as well. She did return with the teas. We were surprised it was so slow for a Monday at lunch in a very business part of town.

I HATE restaurants that play loud music! Why do people think that's what customers want? It's annoying and makes me want to leave as soon as I can.

Not worth. Money. Very upset that they have decided to use processed Mac and cheese and other cheep forms food for kids meals. I can make I don't even feed that to kids at home. We won't be going back at least not ordering the Mac and cheese anymore:(

Our server was not attentive and messed up my order. Rather than apologizing he seemed to ignore us after. My entire table was finished eating before I got what I ordered. Then when I went to pay my bill on the kiosk it was marked wrong. I had to hunt down a bartender just to get my bill fixed. The manager later came by to tell me he fixed my bill but did not offer anything to make my experience better. Also a simple but prompt apology from our server after my order got messed up could have gone along way. As a past server I totally understand mistakes happen but I thought the server and manager could have done more to turn the negative experience into a positive one.
