The waitress said the kitchen was busy when we asked for our fries to come out first. We didn't receive fries before the burgers because of that. Yet the place wasn't full of people. We were accidently given garlic fries, noticed something green on one of them. Tasted terrible. The burgers lacked their usual yummy flavor. Bad visit

We ordered fries to come up first. They never came. The waitress never checked but once. She lied and said she ordered them and it was obvious she didn't. I even heard other servers order and received fry baskets. My blue cheese burger wasn't that great. I'll never order it again.

Service was average food was not good at all. Chop house burger a total mess and the fries were very old and just thrown in the cup.

Waited 45 mins to be seated, it was busy but food is good so we waited. Took forever for our server to arrive and she was slow as can be. We asked for more fries the moment our food came and they didn't come until after our food was gone (25 mins later). They kept making excuses. Also. My husband asked for a Coke and they brought him a water in a dirty glass. Friend asked for another beer and it took over 20 mins. We had two infants with us and people were coming, eating and leaving before us. We were there over 2.5 hours. We were very angry at the service. It was extremely unacceptable.

We were told the wait was 30 minutes and it was 1 hour, but there were 5-9 tables emptied and cleaned during the entire wait. Food was cold and some fries were frozen.

We were there for an hour and 15 minutes. We asked for our fries to come up first. It took 30 minutes to receive them. When our burgers arrived they were sent back. One had mayonnaise that wasn't supposed to. Mayonnaise would make them sick. My burger was supposed to be cooked with some pink and it was pink throughout and too pink. My nephews burger was raw. It was red not even pink. I spoke with the manager and showed him the sandwiches. He said that by ordering "some pink" they would come out that way. My nephews burger was raw. Not pink but red. Due to his lack of interest in my nephew at risk for food poisoning, we will not longer be going to the Willoughby ohio location. In fact, this is the same manager that couldn't understand why I wanted to leave after finding a hair in my food once. He said it doesn't happen often, maybe once every three months. Not a professional way to get someone to stay and eat.
