It was REALLY slow service and they messed up my husbands burger twice.

Had misleading advertising about one of their drinks and the take home cup. Manager was not accommodating to the situation. Server was inexperienced and appeared to be overwhelmed. Definitely one of the worst experiences we've had at Red Robin.

After we got our food we didn't see our waitress once until we were taking the last 2 bites of our food. Our waters had been empty for a long time and she came as I was literally getting up to ask the bar lady for more waters.

Bar area should be open to those under 21 if they're going to have the games/balloons across from it. No way for parents to watch their children if not allowed to be I the section across from that area.
