Steak 'n Shake

It takes a long time to get your food. The cooks got my order wrong and I didn't return my food because I was too hungry. You need more staff and to charge more for food to deal with the increased demand of people.

Only fast food with a grilled cheese option!

It took so long to get through the drive thru my food wasn't even fresh.

While the food and shakes are usually quite good, at this particular location, the service is hands down the slowest I've ever gotten at any Steak 'n Shake. Every time. Half the time they get the order wrong, and the staff is never friendly. I frequent this location because I love Steak 'n Shake and it is a mile from my home, but I've yet to have an all around satisfactory dining experience there period.

Technically it's food.

The food was O.K. but my boyfriend's was not prepared well. The whole place was a mess, tables weren't clean, dishes everywhere.

They repeated my order back to me and it was right on the receipt but my food was totally wrong

They gave my sandwich to another guest so I had to wait longer for my order

We sat in the drive thru for over 49 minutes!! Some of the other cars left.

It sucked
