This is twice where we have sat in the drive thru for a very long time. The first time we left cause it took so long. Maybe they need more cooks on Friday and Saturday nights.

Waited way too long to order and even longer to get food. Never spent a half hour in a drive thru before. And once your in you can't get out

The only thing I don't like about Steak-N-Shake is how long is takes them to bring out the food but overall the food tastes great and the servers are nice.
