I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. That was way too long

Service was very slow. There were only 4 cars in front of me but it took 20 minutes to get my order

The drive thru person made me wait with my window down in the rain to take my order for several minutes. then my burger was disgusting and the side of cheese sauce that I paid for was almost empty. I rarely eat at this steak n shake and it's because the service is usually terrible (rude, have to repeat my order several times, no thank yous, etc) and then the food is usually wrong. my food was correct this time though.

The service in the drive thru was terrible. 20 min waiting just to order!

horrible service. we waited 15 minutes for someone to,come and take our beverage order. I order the taco salad and received another salad. we went at 2pm it wasn't busy!

Good food and reasonably priced, but the service was very, very slow, and it wasn't that busy
