Normally Steak 'n Shake is a quick stop and a good value for the quality of food. This particular experience was extremely disappointing: the food took twice as long as usual and was also over cooked, along with much smaller proportions than usual. The service of our waitress was okay. She did forget a couple of things although she did have two other tables so it is somewhat understandable. The service by the manager at the counter however was extremely rude. We will not be back.

Steak n Shake is slow, the food is always sloppy and something is always wrong with the order.

They didnt mix the shakes.. There was huge chunks of white stuff. And we nutela and very berry star. The chicken was hard i couldnt eat it. Fries were hard as a rock.

The service was horrible we asked our waitress to rush our food order and it took them 30 minutes to make the food, I was not happy with that because the restaurant wasn't even busy to begin with. I am not coming back to this store any more
