Steak 'n Shake

Our waiter was very kind and seemed to be a hard worker, but he was so overwhelmed . Trying to take orders and also having to clear his tables when people were finished. Our food messed up. Waited over an hour and a half for food. And then it wasn't right .

Very poor customer service.

My family go to Steak N' Shake quite often. Our first experience years ago was awesome but it has gotten progressively worse over the years. This last time was horrible!! The service was so slow. I noticed that the waitresses were bussing tables as well as trying to serve. That just won't work. It was way too busy!! We got there at the time of the half price shakes and drinks time and they messed up our check twice. Never did get it right. We just payed whatever and then they couldn't even give us the correct change. All of that after having waited 30 minutes to be seated and then another 45 minutes to get our food!! And the worse part was that the waitress came up and asked us if we could pay our bill so she could leave!! We had been there for two hours by this time!! I don't think I'll be visiting again any time soon after this horrible experience, which is a shame because we used to love going. ?? Very dissapointed.

The service was awful. It took forever to get our food, even though we were some of the only people in the restaurant. We never got refills on our drinks and never got our milkshakes that we ordered. My aunt had to go and ask for mayo because the waitress never came back. I will never suggest that Steak 'n Shake to anybody

This steak and shake was horrible , the food was nasty, the service was slow
