Steak 'n Shake

The service was great at the Satasota location we visited. We had a server, Jonathan, that was very attentive.

Fresh, hot food. Delicious milkshakes. Friendly staff.

Service was a little slow but the shakes were good.

I haven't eaten at steak and shake in many years and decided to go get a late night milkshake. Once there, I also ordered dinner. The drive thru had about 3 cars ahead of me. It was about a 15-20 min wait. Once I got home, I tried the milkshake. For the price, I have had better milkshakes at other places! I was disappointed. The frisco burger was next. It was good but I think too expensive to eat regularly. Honestly I'm sure I'll come back again one day but it will be awhile.

They are ridiculously slow and unorganized!! I arrive 45 minutes before the rest of my party and asked for a milkshake while i waited for them. I didn't get my milk shake until after my whole party showed up, ordered and where in the middle of eating the food, despite reminding the waitress several times that i was still waiting on my milkshake.

Super busy, atleast 10people waiting to be seated, no one even acknowledged that anyone was at the front. We walked in and ended up leaving because of the terrible customer service
