I love that steak and shake is open late and that their prices are very affordable. It's a great alternative to fast food restaurants.

I love their garlic burger. It is awesome. My toddler loves their fries.

Good food employees could be nicer

Service was very slow. Food was not good at all.

Very dirty facility and long wait. But good good and nice pretty staff.

We were disappointed in the service. They were busy, but several employees, including the manager, were doing an awful lot of standing around. It took several minutes to get seated and then several more minutes for a waitress to come to our table. She was very friendly and the food was very good.
