Steak 'n Shake

We frequent this Steak 'n Shake regularly and generally they are busy on a Friday night but service and food is usually pretty good. However, tonight they had several new waitresses which is okay but it was obvious ours needed some help from the managers sitting and observing them or one of the old timers as she was not bringing salads, chili, etc out prior to the main meal. Not just us but the tables around us as well. We waited a good 20 minutes for a cup of chili and then another 20 or 30 for our meals. The waitress did write the order slip correctly for my husbands sandwich which was to be with everything but came completely plain. He complained, they took the plate and returned a few minutes later with the same plain sandwich and fries with a side plate of the burger toppings minus mustard. Obviously that issue is with the kitchen, the time it took to get the food up and not reading the order slip to see what should be on the sandwich. The line at the register was equally as long and not consistently being watched or ran. Waiting too long for even someone to come over to ring them out.

They couldn't hear my order and got it wrong, even after I drove up and told the cashier what I'd like....still wrong

Drive thru slow

Ordered two shakes after dinner and waited 15 minutes....no apology no nothing

Always very slow at all of them, food most of the is wrong, and or cold

They are unfriendly, slow and need wash there hands a lot more, a lot more

Not only did the food taste horrible but the staff was more worried about rushing me thru the line than getting my order correct
