Steak 'n Shake

Chicken wasn't cooked all the way. I had to sauté it when I got home.

This experience was one of the worst I have had in a steak and shake. I never expect quick service, but this visit was just awful. The bathroom sinks were so incredibly dirty that the white sinks looked almost marbled with gray and black stains. The men's room didn't have any paper towels. we waited 10 min for someone to ask us for our drink and food order. We ordered everything, all at once. Two meals, a bowl of chili and a milkshake. Another 10 min or so and we had our waters, we took this as a sign that the service was going to improve and that it was still a good idea to continue this meal. We didn't see the server for about another 20 min and when she dropped off the food it was just the meals. There were no utensils, chili or shake. We completed our meals before we were able to wave her down again. We asked her for napkins and to cancel the remainder of the food. At this point we had been here almost an hour. The tables werent being cleared and other patrons were having similar issues. We went to check out, and overheard the employee talking about fading out and disappearing. Whatever was going on behind the scenes seemed to be affecting everyone. I will never visit this steak and shake again.

The ac was not working,the staff was slow,the food was slow.
