Worker gave me my food but forgot my shake and it took almost 15 minutes for it. Drive thru was slow getting my order

I was very dissatisfied with our service. The restaurant was not busy at all and our waitress messed up my order not once, but twice. Our food took about 30 minutes to get to us and the waitress still forgot items we ordered.
