Great shakes!

We had to wait a long time in the drive thru and the lady at the window wasn't personable at all! We love shakes from here and when we got home to drink ours it was pretty much flavorless(all 3 of them).

The waitress was super nice but the food was wrong, tasted awful & took a half & hour to bring out. They're considered a "fast food" place, they need to be a little quicker. I love Steak 'n Shake, but I know it takes forever when I eat there.

Slowest seating I have ever seen. Floors were so dirty it was disgusting. Workers breaking dishes every 10 minutes. Food was Luke warm at best. Drinks were horrible.

Take too long to get my food. Service is horrible and expensive

I went inside to order because the drive thru was out of order. The restaurant was empty besides one guy eating at the bar. I waited at the counter after I was assured it would be a minute or two before they could help me. I waited almost 10 minutes while two or three employees stood around talking about how much they didn't want to be there. My order was finally taken, I got my food, and I was on my way. Later, I realized I got the wrong drink, and my fries were inexcusably too salty.

The food looked like it was just thrown on the plate and it was cold.

Drive thru speaker to order not working. Wait in line 3 cars 20 minutes.
