Steak 'n Shake

The shakes were fine but it took me 30 minutes to get two shakes from the drive thru at one o'clock in the morning

Waited too long. Left an item out and I had to go back to get it. I had asked the person if the item was in the bag and he said yes before I left the first time.

The drive thru was very slow, and they left out a third of my order.

The place was almost empty, but it took way too long to get my order. When I got my order, I realized that two of the three things in my order were wrong: half full medium fries when I paid for a large, and a medium coke or something when I ordered a large sweet tea. Also, the chicken tenders I ordered were very disappointing! They were smaller than my little finger, and they were about 80% breading, and 20% hard, dry chicken. The girl working the drive thru last night seemed to care about my order less than a shark cares about the weather in Phoenix. I don't know if she was lazy or just completely apathetic.

Terrible service and food wasn't great.

The hamburgers were cold

the speed of service was definitely lacking today!

I was not pleased with the speed of service. My milkshake took 30 minutes to be made.

We waited 5 minutes to be seated, 25 minutes to have our order taken, and over an hour to get our milkshakes. And then our milkshakes were soupy and the waitresses were not very apologetic

food was cold, smashed in the bag and the bun fell apart when taken out of wrapper. displeased with food staff was ok.
