The lady working drive thru was very slow. I was in line 15 minutes when I got my burger it was soggy and fries were cold

We waited stuck in line at the drive thru for over 45 minutes!!!:( this is the worse Steak & Shake I have ever been to!!! They never even took the time to apologize for the loooooong wait or anything!!! Are malts wer melted when we got them! No one should have to wait this long at a drive thru!!! I'm very highly dissatisfied!!! :( a total waste of our hard earned money! And our precious time!!!

Disappointed that they ran out of large cups. Had to leave and go to another Steak 'n Shake, in a different city.

This had to be one of the worst visors I've had at steak & shake. This was my first visit for this location. The server was nice, but the shakes took 20 minutes to get. We are in the radians about 35 minutes before we got or meal. The wakes said it was busy, but I've been to busier locations & they were great.

It took 25 min for shakes and an hour for our food, no exaggeration. We won't go back.
