Steak 'n Shake

Ordered a chocolate shake, which was fine but had almost no chocolate in it

The waitress was very nice

It's was good but slow

Food tasted great, was hot and fresh. Wasn't pleased with our checkout, we had a large group and the way they numbered the seats and had so much trouble ringing us all out, it became ridiculous.

Service is slow, but it was the fastest option for my lunch break.

Good shakes

Hot fries, good drink but too much ice. Asked for light ice

Good was good but got our milkshakes after we were done eating instead of with our meal.

Extremely slow service

Like Steak 'n Shake food. Only use the drive thru bc of the horrible service and the inside always smells nasty like dirty mop water. Sat in drive thru 20 min.
