We went up by Dayton it was my first time at this one it took forever to get our food out and they screwed up our bill our frys were cold and our sandwiches burnt. I normally love steak and shake but this visit was not to pleasing

My husband ordered snicker shake not a lot of candy in there but liked the ice cream .I ordered turtle shake not a lot of hot fudge or nuts or Carmel but ice cream good

the staff were friendly and the store was clean

Fries were horrible. Sent them back and by the time fresh fries were ready sandwich was cold and I really didn't care to finish my dinner.
