Slow but friendly service; tasty food.

Great family atmosphere.

The service was terrible this time and it's usually very good. We had 9 people in our party and had to wait over an hour to be seated. They had a 40 & 25 Party come in while we were waiting. They were a call in so were seated before us. That was frustrating because when we were finally seated we waited 1/2 hour before anyone came to our table. Once our order was finally taken we got our food in about 10-15 minutes. No silverwear, or napkins were brought to our table. I had to reach up behind us to get them. The servers were very nice I thought and they were doing their best do to the extreme circumstances however some of the women in our party refused to leave a tip. I left very angry, not at our servers but the women with me. No empathy for the servers at all. I will not go back there with these women ever again but I will come back for the great food and the normally good service.

Great prices! Great food! And service was sooooo speedy!!:)

Only time server didn't offer dessert & I wanted some, so had to wait. Also, cake was dry & not that great.

Red robin is amazing!

Waitress was slow and forgetful, soda machine was broken so no strawberry lemonade no paper towels or soap in restroom.. Disappointing! The waitress was very friendly and apologetic for lack of beverage options

We eat at Red Robin somewhat frequently and it's usually very good. However, we went in yesterday for the free Tavern Double and my husband got the fish and chips. My burger patties were over cooked to the point of being burned. I just didn't eat it. First bad food we have ever received there.

I do not understand the point of your "call ahead" service! We called ahead and still had to STAND AND WAIT OVER 30 min!!!!!!! Then our party could not all sit together. We will never use Red Robin for a special occasion again!!!!!
