Red Robin

Kind of expensive to feel little ones and prevents us from frequenting Red Robin. Food is generally consistent. The fries are bland.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. I wasn't very impressed with the new boneless wings. The flavor was good but they were quite dry. As always, however, the fries were great.

I am not a big fan of the food (makes me sick every time), but my husband loves their burgers with all the options! I love the fries and all the different options for dipping sauces, especially the campfire sauce! The service was excellent this time. Our waiter was attentive and quick to serve! He was also very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this location based on the excellent service we received this time.

I only went here because my kids begged. You unwillingness to provide fries prior to the burgers arriving is a lame tactic to sell more bland appetizers. Two thumbs way down.

Love the food and extensive menu options. The remodeling and new atmosphere are great! It's more sophisticated and classier than before. The service however left something to be desired. The waitress was friendly but a little ditzy and slow. It was very hard to hear and understand her because she was soft spoken and giggled a lot. As she was not a high school girl, I found this unacceptable and inappropriate. Food was great and got a great deal with royalty points, so we will return.

Very busy and understaffed. The atmosphere was loud and uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to leave. The food was mediocre. I tried the whiskey river burger. I was impressed. The onion straws were mushy and added nothing to the flavor of the burger. I ended up scraping them off. I normally enjoy this restaurant by was not impressed with the atmosphere or the food this time. I will think twice before returning.

The bathroom smelled awful. Every time the door opened we could smell it all the way at our table.
