I had to wait 45 minutes for my food, and they didn't refill my drink!! Terrible service, but the food was okay.

The service was excruciatingly slow. They did not apologize, nor were they very pleasant.

This is the worst Steak n Shake we have ever visited. There were only a few people there but we waited forever to get a table and waited on. The server was rude and kept arguing with other servers and talking badly about management to us. Our food was cold and did not come out at the same time. When we tried to pay for our food they couldn't find anyone that could run the register. A horrible experience and we won't return!
