Steak 'n Shake

I was not happy with the service. The drive thru was slow and my shake was not made right.

The wait was long, my order was not repeated to me. The order taker did not communicate well. After I pulled forward and waited on my food, it was incorrect. Totally not worth the wait.

Usually the food and service is good. Unfortunately this time the drive thru was not the best. I had to repeat my order at least 6 times. After I got up to the window and paid, I kept having to repeat my order several more times. The service was slow. it took about 15+ minutes for my order to be ready after I paid. By then my milkshakes were already melting and the French fries were getting cold. I definitely will not visit this particular location again.
