The food is always good but you never know what kind of service you're going to get. The service started out great but after we got our food we had to ask another waitress for our check because our waitress never came back.

Employees cannot obviously and blatantly act like they couldn't care less about serving their customer. A customer shouldn't feel like they're a bother just for deciding to be a customer.
