Steak 'n Shake

We went to Steak 'n Shake to sit down and talk

Slow service. Server kept forgetting things like silverware, straws and even the check!

Took longer than expected to get seated, then actually getting someone to take order was longer . Food was not outstanding/ fries were hard and cold and ended up getting my milkshake near the end of my meal . Ice cream in milkshake was very thin / melted . We also ordered shooter burgers and the looked like someone had just cut a piece of hamburger off of a regular patty and put it on a tiny bun . Even though the value menu is bargain priced ........it's not worth it ??

Understaff

Very slow service in the drive thru

I got my food 17 min later than the time my Husband got his.

waitress brought my food and then wife's arrived 10 + minutes later ... Stated would refill drink didn't refill drink till meal was over

Burger was literally cold. Chili was very watery. Not good

They were so slow and did not seem in a hurry or anything. It took way to long to get my food. I didn't feel like they were concerned about getting out the orders.

Took awhile for our order to be taken than had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to come to window. Drinks filled completely of ice. One had no Coke whatsoever it was just ice. Food was cold and soggy.
