We waited forever to be seated. We waited forever to order. We waited forever to get out food. My cheeseburger was cold. There was very little cheeses on my "cheese fries." The overall experience was awful and we will not be going back to the Anderson Indiana Steak N Shake.

We went for my daughters birthday and it was extremely slow and we waited an hour and still had no food and there was no food being made. It took 30 minutes to get drinks. Horrible service
