This store was probably the worst Steak 'n Shake I have been too grumpy staff and very very slow service took over an hour to have lunch

Always stop at this particular S&S and it was good. Today's visit wasn't. They were lost in the kitchen with 5 people working. Ordered a cheeseburger and got a double one. Fries were cold from waiting on burger.
