Service sucked, very slow

After placing our order and paying, we were immediately told to pull forward to wait on our order. It was a simple order, no frills or special request, just a double cheeseburger, chicken fingers and a footling hotdog. We waited for 10 minutes or so, the food was brought to us, and they forgot the cheeseburger! We had to park the car, go inside (as the other food got cold), and wait longer for the cheeseburger! We drove home, only to find they had forgotten the honey mustard sauce for the chicken (which they repeated back to us, and they verified it was in the bag)! Very frustrating!! This place is going down hill fast!! This location needs older, qualified staff!!

I'm so upset about this visit!! We ordered a fried chicken salad with ranch on the side, what we received, was some lettuce with nearly a cup of onions (I've had the salad numerous times and have never had onions in it), a very scant amount of dressing (already placed on the "salad of onions"), and a piece of hamburger, or what we hope was hamburger. The wait time in line was terrible as well!! The girl at the window has no personality and looks totally miserable!! I will not return to this location, which happens to be the only one in our town, pitiful!!
