Long wait- awesome food

The shakes are always great and the food isn't bad either. Fast service and good deals make it always convenient to eat there.

Had a pretty good waitress. She didn't write anything down and I was impressed with how well she remembered everything. Her name was Melissa. The place was really busy and she wound up being a pretty good waitress

They were a lil slow but staff was friendly

Our server was very friendly and helpful. She was very busy but always stopped to check on us. The double burger seemed very small and even though we had fries, we left the restaurant hungry and unsatisfied.

Very slow

Steak and shake has you pay at the window and pull forward and park and wait to receive your food. I asked for a side of cheese and upgraded my fries to hash browns. When I receive my food both of those were not in the bag. My boyfriend went inside to fix it when I noticed both of our shakes were banana flavor; neither of us asked for banana. The cashier in the front was very friendly and fixed it for us. But I feel that they should handle it at the window so it causes us not having to run inside to fix the situation.

The service was very slow and the food was not very thorough. The cheese on my melt was not melted and my girlfriend's garlic burger had no garlic on the bun. Our waitress visited us 3 times: once for drink orders, once for dinner orders, and then to deliver us our food, at which time she left us our check as well. We had to go to the front counter to ask for drink refills because she did not once refill them.

My order was incorrect and the appearance and taste was not what I expected.

Milk shake was melted, no chicken in salad, no refills on water
