The shake was phenomenal but my food was basic. The fries are too skinny and to crispy

I think this experience was just a one time mishap or there was a new person on the grill because normally the food is delicious and very well made. However this time the ingredients were sloppy in their presentation and the condiments were minimal and not evenly applied as usual. We are still huge fans of this particular location and haven't been tainted in our opinion of the quality that we know they are capable of providing. Next time will be better. I'm sure!

Slow service...food was ok

Tasty peanut butter snickers milkshake. I can always depend on a great milkshake & plenty variety at Steak & Shake. Realized they did not take off the half price for my shake though.
