Steak 'n Shake

After not being able to communicate via the loudspeaker in the drive-thru, my boyfriend and I elected to go in and order at the counter. We were immediately helped by the gentleman at the grill. After officially placing the order, getting our food took quite some time. 20 minutes later, we were still waiting for someone to bring our drinks and I had discovered part of the order was missing. We had notified the girl who brought us our food about the drinks, and she responded that someone else would bring them. Everyone was super nice and helpful, but appears that communication between staff needs improvement. My food was enjoyable though and I will go back.

Waitress was very slow. She was visibly eating behind the counter which may be why she forgot our drinks and never asked us if we wanted refills.

I had a coupon for BOGO shakes and ordered 4. I was not told until I came to the window that I could use only one coupon and was frustrated because I would have only bought two had I known. I also ordered your peppermint chocolate chip shakes and they aren't very pepperminty and had not a single chip. there were, however random chips in my cookie butter one. will be going elsewhere for my peppermint shakes.

Slow service

Ordered one meal but after opening the bag discovered I was given the wrong meal again. As well as the wrong drink. The line was short but the wait time was outrageous

Destiny our server was horrible. Had to ask for a server, drinks, silverware and refills while she stood behind drink area and chatted with co workers and ate her own food. Left dirty dishes on table. Two bad visits in a row. Last time not enough servers and service took forever.
