Steak 'n Shake

the burger was burned, not just crispy but overdone. the fries were a bit soggy

It always takes a long time to get my order.

There was more onions than mushrooms on the mushroom burger that I ordered and it took longer than expected to receive my order.

Waited almost 20 minutes to get food

My server didn't bring us napkins, was slow at getting things we asked for, and had a very bland attitude. The overall value of the products were incredible, but the service was disappointing.

Went through the drive thru for the first time. Not doing that again. Shake was good but burger and fries were soggy with grease and kind of tasteless. Took forever too.

Waitress was horrible the others wre doing her job for her. Sat there for ever waiting for a box and check. Never got asked about how the food was. Horrible.

They were too busy to seat us let alone serve us

The turtle caramel but milkshake was extremely sweet and the seasoned fries are a joke.

I was with friends, myself and my boyfriend they got EVERYTHING wrong. My food was wrong! My milkshake was WRONG. I had to ask for re-fills on drinks. Service was horrible everyone was rude! And m friends had the same experience today, and previously! They said they will NEVER be back and neither will I!
