The customer service is pretty good, the amount of time it takes to make the food is longer than it should be. Some workers aren't familiar with their new men items.

Took over 15 minutes for somebody to come to our table then took 40 minutes to get our food but our server that took over was wonderful she even got our entire bill compensated

Great food and great price but it took forever to get my shake and when I did get it, it wasn't mixed up at all and didn't taste good. But I have gotten shakes from here before and they're usually really good. So it was a fluke.

The service was extremely slow. The manager was my server, he was very nice but it was just so frustrating! Our food finally came and that was good, however our milkshakes came and they were like straight water... Not what I used to get but I wasn't about to wait 30 minutes for another milkshake. Disappointed in the service.
