I like this place

I love the employees there they are super nice and most of them know what drinks we want. But I ordered the chicken finger meal it was honestly like the tiniest chicken fingers ever.

Cashier not friendly, my shake was not as good as it has been in the past.

Love the Carmel apple milkshakes

Some how our order didn't go through the computer & we waited almost an hour before we asked where food was then the waitress checked on it and said I'm sorry the order didn't go through so we had to wait even longer. The only thing that made the trip better was the manager he took care of the problem and gave us coupon for next time. He is a fantastic example of customer service.

Great food

There was a service dog there eating from a plate! Did not make me happy. I understand needing a service dog. Didn't understand eating from a plate. Let alone a waitress petting the dog.

Our waitress didn't seem to care. She was extremely slow. She would take care of other tables before us like I asked for a refill and she went to another table to see if they wanted any refills and brought theirs out quickly but didn't bring mine out for 5 minutes. It took 10 minutes for her to realize we were done and wanted our check so we could leave.

train staff more. had to say order many time, and food was forgot.
