Ordered soup & asked to have it before my meal. husband & I both had veggie soup. it was like warm at best. waitress appeared to have forgotten we wanted it before meal. brought the soup out and left our food warming at the window until done with soup

They were horrible and we say at the drive thru for 10 minutes and they wouldn't answer.

This time my visit at steak and shake was bad. They got most of our orders wrong and was really slow.

We visited at 10:30 pm. It took 25 minutes for the four of us to be seated, with five tables waiting to be bussed. The waitress never checked on us. There were people getting upset and leaving the entire time we were there.

The cashier held our food at the window for 7 minutes because she was talking to another worker about going out after work. By the time we got our food it was cold. Terrible experience
