Red Robin

The food was good. My husband had a bonsai burger, while I had the black and blue. All of the ingredients had good flavor, except the beef. We both agreed that the beef had absolutely no flavor. The beef needed salt desperately.

Waiter was great. Overall value is low as prices are higher than competition without added value over competition.

Small issue with wrong appetizer order, but great food otherwise.

Did not like that we had to order our Appetizers on the machine and was not told that when we sat down.

Great atmosphere and amazing fries

It was very expensive and the food wasn't that great. The pretzel bites were gross and the entrees and shakes where mediocre

The server was great but who ever brought my grandson his juice (from the bar) brought it in a dirty cup (things floating in it). Thankfully our server took the dirty juice and returned with a clean cup of juice. He was also very good about the whole meal.

I was seated in the bar area and it was cold. I had to wait a while to have a server come take care of me. My good was good though.
