No silverware. Had to wait to be served. Not a priority for server.

Ticketing system didn't get our order to the kitchen. 30 min later, manager had to intervene.

The server was not the best - she was very clumsy and kept dropping and spilling items and not cleaning them up. We had 4 checks that we wanted to pay cash for and she brought us 2 black envelopes to put our cash in with no bill - she told us we could pull one off the machine at our table (which we couldn't) so we had to flag her down to print out bills so we could pay. Very frustrating.
