3 people who came after us woth familys of 4 or more got there food before we did and we even ordered first and it was just 2 of us, we were quite upset about that and the server was nice.

I like Steak 'n Shake's food. I really enjoy their garlic burger. This time the service was beyond slow, maybe they were swamped inside but it took 10-15 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. Usually they are pretty quick so oh well. I can't help but feel like I got overcharged for my food and they didn't give me a receipt to check. They also didn't give any napkins, which happens a lot in with fast food I guess. Overall the food was good though.
