Service was a little slow was out of the product we wanted

It was ok but not the best. I have had better experiences there

I wouldn't go back. I had a guy block me in the parking lot and in line so I couldn't leave. It really scared me and isn't a safe Steak 'n Shake to go to is rather drive to one further away.

Paid extra for another type of candy in my shake and they didn't even get the right kinds. Slow like usual too

So slow, served others before they served us and I ordered right when we got there before the others were even seated! Didn't have. Complicated order, just burger and chicken fingers. Really disappointed!
